Can I pay when I pick up the order?
Yes you certainly can. After you create an account contact us and we will set it up to allow you to pay on pick up. You can email us or call us at 207-338-3303.

What if I don't see the font/design/color I want?
Please contact us, we have access to over 200 fonts, chances are we can find exactly what you are looking for. We also have over 5,000 stock designs available and many, many colors of thread. We will work with you to be sure your embroidery is perfect.

What if I don't like what I ordered, can I return it?
Once an item is embroidered we cannot take it back. If there is a problem with the embroidery, we stand behind our work 100% and will replace any item that is not top quality. If you design something and are not sure how it will look, let us know and we will be sure to do a test sew out for you to see. If you design something and we notice a problem, we will contact you before we embroider the product.

I need something Friday! Can you help?
Very likely yes! We try very hard to meet all special requests and time deadlines. Please email us your request and we will let you know what we can do.

Do I have to order a certain number?
NO! We have no minimum order requirements. You can order 1 or 100 without a problem.

What if I don't see a shirt style I like on your website?
We can get many name brand items for you. The list on our website is only a fraction of the items we have available. If you don't see what you want, please let us know and we will do what we can to fill your order.

I have a drawing of a design I want embroidered, can you do that?
Absolutely! We specialize in digitizing designs from photos, drawings, or just ideas. Please send us the design and we will let you know what we can do.

Do I have to use PayPal?
At this time the only credit card we can accept online is PayPal. However in our store we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks and cash. If you would like to use one of those methods, please call us and we can set it up.

I don't want to design my shirt, I want you to do it!
We can absolutely do all of the designing for you. The price for embroidery may be slightly more if we do the designing, but we will save you the time and effort. Just send us an email or give us a call at 207-338-3303.
